Pabahay Registration Associate support the PabahayRegistration Team Lead by performing 1) accurate preparation of documentaryrequirements necessary to process the Certificate Authorizing Registration,Transfer Certificate of Title and Tax Declaration.

It is expected from the specialist to send dailyproductivity report to his/her team lead, regularly gives feedback with regardsto the process, issues and concerns in relation to title transfer.

DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS
  • Prepares the documents/folders to be endorsed to Bureau of Internal Revenue/Registry of Deeds/Assessor's Office filling; In-charge of liaising with Government Agencies and LGUs; Monitoring the release of Certificate Authorizing Registration, Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) and Tax Declaration
  • Performs other administrative/clerical tasks being assigned by Team Lead from time to time
  • Sends daily productivity report to team lead every end of the day
  • Work closely with Registration Team lead to ensure the Department's target are met, new processes/policies, and technology/system
  • Regularly gives feedback to Team lead with regards to the process, issues and concerns encountered
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in any 4 year course
  • Has at least 1 year experience in any documentation related work. Registration work related in an advantage
