About the role

As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. This full-time role is based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, where you will be a key member of the team, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations
  2. Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and completing sales transactions
  3. Maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are displayed effectively
  4. Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
  5. Providing feedback and insights to the management team to help improve the customer experience
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

  1. No prior experience required, but preference for customer-facing or retail experience, especially in the consumer products industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  3. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and queries effectively
  5. A positive attitude, with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
  6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
