Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and take accurate messages as needed.
  • Handle general inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.

Administrative Assistant Duties:

  • Provide administrative support to managers and other staff members.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments or meetings.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Perform data entry and update databases or CRM systems as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking transportation and accommodations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
