Receptionist / Admin Assistant

Receptionist Duties:
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate department or individual, and take accurate messages as needed.
- Handle general inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
Administrative Assistant Duties:
- Provide administrative support to managers and other staff members.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments or meetings.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Perform data entry and update databases or CRM systems as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking transportation and accommodations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
