Pre-Delivery Inspector

Job Summary:

Inspects and monitors all units delivered by the plant to the dealership

Key Responsibilities :

• Reports all units delivered to the dealership
• Inspects and takes note all defects/ damages seen on the units
• Submits the reports/ findings on the units in question to the GSM & warranty section
• Prepares the necessary documents (i.e, receiving reports)
• Submits to the GSM and admin head
• Checks the unit prior to pull-out for possible defect/damage
• Ensures that pertinent documents/materials are complete (i.e. warranty booklet, tools, etc.)
• Assists the sales consultants in the delivery of brand new units.
• Make sure that all units for release are endorsed to the accessories section for proper installation.

Qualifications:

• Technical or Automotive course graduate.
• Completion of TESDA Automotive Servicing NC I or II is highly beneficial.
• Attention to details, Technical Proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 3-5 years work experience in an automotive company.
• Holds a valid driver's license and committed to safety and efficiency in all tasks.
