Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist tenants, guests, and visitors courteously and professionally.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable.
  • Handle visitor registration, access passes, and coordinate with security.
  • Receive and log tenant requests, concerns, and service calls.
  • Coordinate courier deliveries, announcements, and special arrangements.
  • Support the Property Management team in administrative tasks and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience as Concierge, Receptionist, or Front Desk staff (commercial or corporate setting preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-groomed, customer-oriented, and professional.
  • Willing to be assigned in any Colliers-managed property within Metro Manila.
