About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at City Savings Bank as a Branch Service Officer in our Olongapo City, Zambales location. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient operation of our local branch.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and assisting customers with their banking needs at the branch counter
  • Processing a variety of customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  • Providing information about the bank's products and services to customers
  • Maintaining the branch's cash drawers and handling cash transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies
  • Contributing to the overall success and growth of the branch

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or retail banking role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Excellent numeracy and attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for banking and a commitment to the highest standards of professionalism
