Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable
Construction Project Manager (CPM)
to serve as
Project-in-Charge
for key developments across resort, mall, hotel, and office building typologies. The CPM will play a central role in leading project execution, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met, while coordinating closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.

Senior Construction Project Manager
.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the
  Project-in-Charge
  , overseeing all phases of assigned construction projects—from planning, scheduling, procurement, and implementation to turnover.
• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work progress aligns with approved plans, specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead regular coordination meetings, prepare progress reports, and escalate critical issues to the Senior Construction Project Manager.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Ensure all regulatory and permitting requirements are complied with throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks, ensuring workmanship meets PDPAMC's standards of excellence.
• Facilitate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, punch lists, and close-out reports.
• Support the Senior Construction Project Manager in strategic planning for construction management operations.
• Uphold PDPAMC's values of sustainability, innovation, and people-centered design in project delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Preferably a Licensed Architect or Licensed Civil Engineer.
• Minimum
  5 years of relevant experience
  , preferably with exposure to resort, mall, hotel, and office building developments.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering at least one project from
  concept to construction completion
  .
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent skills in project scheduling, site coordination, documentation, problem-solving, and communication.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
  or a
  Master's degree in Project Management
  .
• Experience working with multidisciplinary design and sustainability-driven projects.
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and project controls is a plus.
