Construction Project Manager (Office Fit-Out Projects)

About the Role

Radix HR is seeking a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in office interior and fit-out projects. This role is ideal for a Licensed Architect who thrives in both design coordination and on-site project execution, though Licensed Engineers with equivalent experience are welcome to apply. You'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing cost and schedule performance, and ensuring each project is delivered safely, on time, and aligned with client expectations.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning and mobilization to closeout.
  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor progress, budget utilization, and quality across multiple project phases.
  • Conduct site inspections and enforce safety and workmanship standards.
  • Anticipate and resolve on-site issues, risk factors, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Prepare and present project updates, forecasts, and status reports to management.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Licensed Architect preferred; Licensed Engineer applicants are also encouraged.
  • Professional licensure in Architecture or Engineering is required at the time of application.
  • 5–7 years of experience managing office, corporate, or commercial fit-out projects.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of office fit-out project management experience is required.
  • Candidates must have some specific fit-out project experience beyond general construction.
  • Strong command of construction sequencing, procurement, and project control systems.
  • Skilled communicator and proactive leader who can balance multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, quality, and timely delivery.
