We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-obsessed YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our global team.

You will help us design scroll-stopping, high-converting thumbnails for both YouTube videos and podcast content. Your designs will play a crucial role in driving views, building brand credibility, and growing our clients' audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Design eye-catching thumbnails for YouTube videos, podcasts, and short-form video content (up to 10–20 thumbnails per month).
  • Understand hook psychology and design thumbnails that drive curiosity and clicks.
  • Create on-brand, visually compelling text overlays and image compositions.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors, video editors, and social media strategists to align on each project's goal.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to align on creative direction and results.

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio showcasing YouTube thumbnail work or similar "scroll-stopping" visuals.
  • Excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design tools.
  • Deep understanding of what makes thumbnails clickable and viral.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver on quick turnaround timelines.
  • Passion for brand storytelling and creative design trends.
