Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays; 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Salary Range: USD 1500–1800 per month depending on experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented YouTube Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll be responsible for editing high-quality, engaging video content for our YouTube channel and creating cohesive, branded graphics across platforms. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong sense of visual storytelling, understands online video trends, and is proficient in design for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing (YouTube-Focused)

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging YouTube videos

  • Incorporate music, sound effects, subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics

  • Optimize videos for viewer retention and SEO (YouTube tags, thumbnails, titles)

  • Stay updated on YouTube trends and incorporate relevant styles or techniques

  • Manage multiple video projects and meet tight deadlines

Graphic Design

  • Design compelling YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks

  • Create branded assets for social media, newsletters, and websites

  • Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints

  • Assist with web design elements, such as banners, landing pages, and UI elements if needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Experience creating content specifically for YouTube

  • Strong understanding of visual design principles and storytelling

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Basic knowledge of YouTube analytics and best practices is a plus

  • Web design experience (e.g., using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Figma) is an advantage

  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital media and design

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
