Our mission is to help individuals regain their confidence and improve their quality of life. With our innovative iontophoresis device, we provide an effective solution for hyperhidrosis. Serving a global market, our team is dedicated to offering outstanding support and guidance throughout the customer's treatment journey.

We are currently looking for a Multimedia Artist to join our growing team. In this role, you will capture, craft, and repurpose Dermadry's video and visual content for every major social channel.

Job Objective

The Multimedia Artist captures, crafts, and repurposes Dermadry's video and visual content for every major social channel. You'll transform raw footage from our creators into scroll‑stopping TikToks, Reels, Shorts, long‑form YouTube videos, and platform‑specific derivative assets—using CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, and next‑gen AI apps.

Key responsibilities

• Daily: Produce 3–5 TikTok/Reel/Short edits (CapCut mobile/desktop or Premiere workflow).
• Weekly: Deliver one 8–12 min YouTube video plus derivative clips for Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and IG Stories.
• Design high‑CTR thumbnails, cover images, carousels, and GIFs with Canva and Photoshop.
• Support occasional NCR shoots—operate camera, basic lighting, clean audio, behind‑the‑scenes stills.
• Build & maintain branded motion templates, LUTs, captions, and SRT libraries.
• Apply AI tools (Runway, Topaz, Descript, Firefly, etc.) for upscaling, B‑roll, captioning, and rapid asset versioning.
• Optimise titles, tags, and scheduling via TubeBuddy/ Later/ Hootsuite; track retention/CTR and iterate quickly with the Montréal team + Slack).

Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media Production, Film, Communication Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, IT, or Marketing (media focus).

Experience:

• 2–5 years in video editing, motion graphics, or similar multimedia roles.
• Hands-on experience with social media content production.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in CapCut (mobile & desktop).
• Advanced in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects; basic DaVinci Resolve.
• Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience with AI tools (Runway, Descript, Topaz, Firefly).
• Familiar with , TubeBuddy, Later, Hootsuite.

Content Creation:

• Strong short-form video editing (hooks, pacing, kinetic text).
• High-CTR thumbnail and social media graphic design.
• Basic camera, lighting, and audio recording skills.

Communication:

• Fluent in English; strong asynchronous collaboration.
• Familiar with Google suite for remote team interaction.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Blender/Cinema 4D, OBS/live streaming knowledge.
• Basic French language skills is a plus
• Strong multimedia portfolio that is attached to the CV is required.

Personal Qualities:

• Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
• Able to meet deadlines and adapt to new tech/AI tools.

Working Schedule

• Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Montreal Time.
• Dermadry reserves the right to change the shift coverage due to business needs.

Technical Requirements

• Own a computer, extra screen, and headset.
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25-50 Mbps).
• Back-up hardware setup and back-up internet connection

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary:

PHP 30k – 40k (mid) per month

PHP 45 k – 60k (senior) per month

• Pay Period: Bi-weekly
• After 3-Month Probationary Period:

Philcare ER Vantage Plus 80 for adults with a coverage limit of PHP 80,000

Five (5) days of paid vacation credits annually (prorated)

15% Night Shift Differential and;

Half of the statutory 13th-month pay (prorated)
