Filmmaker - YouTube Motorcycle Adventure & Travel Content (Remote)

YOUR MISSION
Transform helmet-cam footage and scenic B-roll into binge-worthy motorcycle travel series for a new and fast-growing channel. Craft cinematic narratives that make viewers smell the asphalt and crave open-road freedom – from 60-second Shorts to 20-min documentaries.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Road-to-Screen Storytelling: Script, edit, and color-grade raw motorcycle/travel footage into emotion-driven narratives (e.g., "Route 66 Diaries," "Texas Twisties Series").
Produce and edit 10-15 videos/month (70% Shorts, 30% long-form) tailored to motorcycle enthusiasts
Platform-Specific Optimization: Master YouTube SEO: Thumbnail design (+CTR), keyword-rich titles, end screens promoting merch/rides. Analyze metrics: Rider retention rates, watch time, tourism partner CTR
Adventure Aesthetics: Edit GoPro/Insta360 POVs, drone landscapes, biker camaraderie moments. Sound design: Engine roars, Americana soundtracks, authentic road audio
Trend Rider: Pioneer viral formats (e.g., "Mechanic Mythbusters," "Hidden Backroad Battles")
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 1 year editing travel vlogs or automotive content (Portfolio required)
· Mastery: Premiere Pro (essential), After Effects (motion titles), DaVinci Resolve (color grading) or ANY video editing software
· Proven skill transforming raw footage into character-driven road stories
· Obsession with YouTube algorithm trends + motorcycle/travel niche analytics
· Experience with motorcycle footage (stabilization, wind noise reduction)
· Passion for American motorcycle culture (cruisers, ADV, track)
COMPENSATION:
· ₱17,000 to ₱18,000 per edited video (up to 15 minutes).
· Selected applicants will be REQUIRED to complete a paid test project. If your video is chosen, you will be paid for the project and considered for a long-term, permanent position.
