JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our restaurant brand(s). This role is responsible for building brand equity, increasing customer engagement, and driving traffic and sales through innovative and consistent marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand marketing, experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, and a passion for food, culture, and customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies that reinforce our identity, values, and customer promise.
- Define and communicate a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints (restaurants, digital, packaging, in-store materials, etc.).
- Lead seasonal and campaign planning from ideation to execution, working with cross-functional teams.
Campaign Development
- Lead the ideation and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, LTOs (limited time offers), promotions, and community initiatives.
- Manage creative development for advertising, email, social media, print, and in-store signage.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, in-store, influencer, and traditional advertising.
- Analyze performance and optimize campaigns based on ROI and KPIs (traffic, sales, engagement, etc.)
Content & Storytelling
- Oversee the creation of content that connects with food lovers, including photography, video, chef stories, behind-the-scenes content, and user-generated content.
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to spotlight food innovation and guest experiences.
Digital & Social Media
- Work with digital marketing teams to ensure brand-aligned content across website, social platforms, and online ordering apps.
- Support influencer partnerships, community management, and social media engagement strategies.
Local & Experiential Marketing
- Partner with field marketing or regional teams on local activations, restaurant openings, sponsorships, and brand pop-ups/events.
- Ensure brand standards are met at the restaurant level and in physical collateral.
Data & Performance
- Monitor campaign performance and brand health metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social listening, and guest surveys.
- Analyze guest feedback and market trends to refine strategy and improve the customer experience.
Menu & Product Launches
- Lead marketing initiatives around new menu launches, LTOs (limited-time offers), and promotional items.
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to create compelling launch strategies and communication plans.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty
- Drive brand loyalty through CRM, loyalty programs, and personalized guest experiences.
- Partner with digital and loyalty teams to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with marketing agencies, designers, media buyers, and other external partners.
- Ensure deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and within budget.
Market & Competitive Research
- Stay current on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
- Conduct market research and customer surveys to inform strategy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
