_ Responsible for supporting the delivery of brand growth through implementing brand tactics & activities both online & offline_

_ Monitor and analyze brand performance vis-à-vis competition and recommend key focus areas or action plans to deliver desired results._

_ Leads concept development of BTL activities, either in collaboration with agency partner's or internally-led_

_ Leads the Customer Engagement Center to maintain good brand image in relation to after-sales service_

_ Manages the budget for brand marketing programs such as communications and merchandising materials and product promotions in a cost-effective manner, ensuring projected increase in revenues and profitability are achieved_

_ Assists with new product development, pricing and product launches of new products _


• With 3 years work experience as Asst. Brand Manager in FMCG company


• Experience working on Brand Strategy and Execution, Consumer/Shopper Insights, Integrate Marketing


• Experience working with and successfully managing cross-functional teams, strategic partners and third party agencies


• Experience working with Brand team on Brand Strategy and Execution, Integrated Marketing Communications


• Strong analytical skills and an ability to draw accurate, useful conclusions from quantitative information, in order to make strong commercial decision


• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills


• Demonstrates ability to manage up and across the organization (both internal and external)


• Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize


• High sense of urgency

Pay: Php38, Php43,000.00 per month
