Job Summary
Responsible for the Marketing plans, implementing, and monitoring our marketing campaigns for the brand/s assigned. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Has strong background in Brand Marketing Analysis and Strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads in Brand Marketing strategies and road maps towards the sales development of the brand.
- Design and oversee all aspects of the brand/s assigned including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Plan, manage and improve marketing content and social media platforms and other platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage customer database and CRM for the brand/s.
- Periodical preparation of Marketing Reports.
- Supervise Marketing projects and event implementation. From preparation to post-activity procedures.
- Provides Marketing Administrative supports and leads in the inventory, preparation and custodianship of marketing collateral and materials or samples. From the sourcing of materials, coordination on the agreed design to the final output.
- Marketing Budget request and liquidation - on time.
- Leads in coordination of Marketing events and activities.
Other Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or relevant field
· At least 1 year full experience as Marketing Coordinator or Supervisor.
· Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Up-to-date on the latest Marketing trends and technologies in digital marketing
· Other task deemed necessary and given by the Management from time to time.
