The Brand Marketing Manager is in charge to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels in order to support and achieve business objectives. He/she is responsible to develop pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share as well as considers customer satisfaction.

He/she has the ability to create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple channels and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • With at least three (3) years of Brand Management experience in the FMCG industry
  • With experience working on Brand Strategy and Execution, Consumer/Shopper Insights, E-commerce and Social Media, Integrated Marketing
  • With excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Has very good competencies in project management, team collaboration and creativity
  • Has high results orientation and very detail-oriented
