Technical Support Officer is primarily responsible in providing quality, timely, and organized administrative support to the Technical Department. She openly communicates and provides customer service to both internal and external clients to ensure accurate processing of Technical Department transactions, keeps a record of updated data and works with immediate head to provide strong and reliable support to the team of System Engineers and achieve common goals.
