We're looking for a passionate and driven Key Accounts Specialist who's ready to step into a leadership role and make a lasting impact.

This role will be responsible for prospecting and opening new outlets, expanding the availability of ABI products—particularly alcoholic beverages—and driving sell-in through effective inventory checks and order compliance.

The ideal candidate will also involve managing trade agreements, executing merchandising standards, monitoring key performance indicators, and introducing new product categories. It requires overseeing order processing, coordinating deliveries and returns, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth collaboration across internal teams and outlet partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
  • With 3 to 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management
  • Must have a valid Professional or Non-Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code 12/123 or AB/ABC)
  • Located near 16 Hibbard Avenue Bantayan, Dumaguete City Negros Oriental

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
