Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts project prospecting and build Sales Funnel
  • Establishes good relationship (PR) with mechanical consultants and designers, and do plans and specs
  • Assists in a / c application and design for their dealers/customers' projects
  • Monitors status projects in Sales Funnel (Project Tracking) and submits weekly update to his superior
  • Attends to project meetings, biddings, and negotiations to close projects
  • Ensures that product catalogues/brochures are always available with consultants, designers and procurement department of assigned General Contractors and Developers
  • Ensures that the product specification in the Purchase Order complies with the design of closed projects before sending to MBT for production

  • Develops and establishes account with AC Specialists, General Contractors and Developers
  • Assist After Sales Service Team on unit trouble call and/or attends to it when needed
  • Perform other tasks that assigned by his/her superior

Must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

with at least 2 years experience in HVAC
