This role is a strategic partner in strengthening organizational capability and employee effectiveness. The Training and Development Specialist (Product and Sales) will design, facilitate, and evaluate global and localized training programs aligned with business goals, while also driving hands-on learning through immersions, mystery shopper programs, store visits, and coaching.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and facilitating onboarding, customer service, sales, and product trainings
  • Managing immersion programs and on-site learning
  • Overseeing the mystery shopper program and integrating insights into performance
  • Monitoring training effectiveness and providing actionable feedback
  • Supporting brand standards through coaching, reporting, and cross-team collaboration

Knowledge (what people know):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
  • Principles of adult learning and effective learning methodologies
  • Familiarity with coffee products, accessories, and machines (an advantage)

Experience (what people have done):

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience training, learning and development, or a related field
  • Experience in designing and facilitating core training programs in a corporate or customer-centric environment
