We are looking for a skilled PR Specialist to join our team and help us build and maintain a positive public image for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as experience developing and executing PR campaigns. As a PR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing media relations, developing and distributing press releases, and coordinating events and promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies and campaigns to enhance the organization's public image and reputation.
  • Manage media relations by building and maintaining relationships with journalists, reporters, and editors.
  • Write and distribute press releases and other media materials to promote organizational news and events.
  • Coordinate and execute events and promotions to support PR campaigns and initiatives.
  • Monitor media coverage and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of PR efforts.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals and values.
  • Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communications as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR and marketing

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a PR Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with media relations and working with journalists and other media professionals.
  • Proficiency with PR and marketing tools, including media monitoring and analytics software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in PR and marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
