Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs focused on technical skills and product knowledge within 1Rotary. His/her primary objective is to ensure that employees possess the necessary technical competencies to perform their roles effectively.

Training Needs Analysis:

  • Collaborates with all departments to identify technical skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
  • Conducts regular assessments and gathers input from stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals and industry standards.

Program Design & Development:

  • Designs comprehensive technical training programs, including topics, modules, and learning objectives, tailored to different levels of learners and job functions.
  • Creates engaging, interactive training materials such as presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, videos, and hands-on exercises, ensuring alignment with both industry best practices and company objectives.

Training Delivery & Facilitation:

  • Conducts training sessions in various formats, including virtual learning environments, webinars, and workshops.
  • Facilitates training sessions that encourage active participation, collaboration, and effective knowledge retention.
  • Provides individual coaching and support to learners to enhance understanding and application of technical concepts.

Training Evaluation & Improvement:

  • Assesses the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, surveys, and performance assessments.
  • Continuously updates and improves training content and delivery methods based on feedback, learner performance, and technological advancements.
  • Implements data-driven approaches to refine training initiatives and ensure they meet evolving organizational needs.

Content Management & Reporting:

  • Utilizes Learning and Development Modules and datasheets to manage training materials, track learner progress, and generate comprehensive reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Ensures accurate documentation and reporting of training completion and performance metrics for internal audits and management reviews.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

  • Works closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and department leaders to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the latest industry standards.
  • Partners with stakeholders to address specific technical training needs and ensure alignment with overall business strategies.

Technical Support & Coaching:

  • Provides technical support and assistance to learners before, during, and after training sessions to ensure a smooth learning experience.
  • Offers ongoing coaching and guidance to employees applying new skills in their roles, helping bridge any gaps between training and job performance.

Industry Knowledge & Best Practices:

  • Stays up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in relevant technical fields to ensure training content remains current and cutting-edge.
  • Proactively integrates new technologies and learning tools into training programs as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good customer service orientation and with demonstrated effectiveness in interaction with others.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
