Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of solid experience as a Full Stack or Software Developer. (Non-negotiable)
  • Back-End: 2–3 years' experience in Java and Spring Boot. (Non-negotiable)
  • Front-End: 2–3 years' experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. (Non-negotiable)
  • and development experience (2–3 years). (Non-negotiable)
  • Must be capable of hands-on coding — candidates will undergo a coding exam. (Non-negotiable)
  • Experience with Kubernetes for deployment and management.
  • Familiar with architectural and integration patterns (Pub/Sub, Queues, APIs, Databases).
  • Exposure to API design and UI/UX development.
  • Strong focus on code quality, testing, and maintainability.
  • Data-driven and capable of explaining design trade-offs clearly.

Preferred Skills (Advantage):

  • Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Background in microservices or distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, RHOCP).
  • Experience with serverless architectures.
  • Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, or Grafana.

Job Description

  • Participate in backlog refinement and sprint planning to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions that simplify business logic and enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct R&D and innovation sprints to strengthen technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with program and project management to define and communicate project timelines.
  • Ensure smooth operations across the Payment Services ecosystem by identifying and resolving bugs.
