Recruitment and Sourcing Specialist

Job Summary:

1) Performs end to end sourcing and screening of applicants based on the standards set by both HR and Requesting Department.

2) Sources professional level candidates utilizing a variety of sources including but not limited to research and different sourcing channels

3) Assist in the creation of different sourcing initiatives for effective candidate pooling

4) Updates job postings in different sourcing channels

5) Attends and participates in job fairs

6) Develop a network of potential candidates

7) Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.

Description:

1) Responsible for the sourcing and screening of suitable pool of applicants. End to End Recruitment.

Qualifications:

1) At least 6 months to 1-year experience in Sourcing and Volume Recruitment Preferable worked in a BPO Setting

2) College Graduate preferably Psychology, Human Resource Management

3) Good English communication and writing skills

4) Must be up to date with the current sourcing and recruitment trends

5) Flexible and self-reliant.

6) Strong organizational skills

7) Willing to work on shifting schedule

8) Amenable to travel

9) Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
