𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals

- Review resumes and contact potential candidates

- Maintain and update our sourcing database

- Assist with interview scheduling

- Track sourcing metrics

- Support administrative tasks as needed

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

- Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field

- Strong communication skills

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools (LinkedIn, job boards)

- Internship or experience in recruitment is a plus
