JOB SUMMARY: The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and on boarding new hires.

1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

2. Candidate Screening and Selection: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings.

3. Sourcing Channel Effectiveness: Tracks which recruitment channels (job boards, social media, referrals) are bringing in the best candidates.

4. On boarding: Facilitate a smooth on boarding process for new hires.

5. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information

6. Specific KPIs are as follows:

a. Time to Fill (TTF): Measures the average time taken to fill a vacancy from the date it is posted to the date a candidate accepts the offer

b. Time to Hire (TTH): Measures the time from the moment a candidate enters the recruitment pipeline until they accept an offer

c. Quality of Hire (QoH): Evaluates the performance, retention, and productivity of new hires during their initial period (e.g., 90 days, 6 months)

d. Offer Acceptance Rate (OAR): The percentage of candidates who accept a job offer compared to the total number of offers made
