We're looking for a dynamic Seasonal Sourcing Specialist to support high-volume hiring needs for our restaurant and food service operations. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for talent, a strong sourcing toolkit, and experience navigating the fast-paced world of hospitality recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates for frontline and leadership roles across multiple restaurant locations.
  • Manage job postings, resume screening, and initial outreach across various platforms.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for seasonal and urgent hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Track sourcing metrics and provide weekly updates on pipeline progress.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to handoff

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in high-volume food or hospitality hiring.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (Job Boards, Social Media, ATS).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with seasonal or project-based recruitment is a plus.
