Role Overview

We're looking for a Candidate Sourcing Specialist to help scale VIATechnik's global talent pipeline. You'll support recruiters in

the United States by identifying and engaging great candidates across engineering, operations, and tech teams. This is a critical role where persistence, creativity, and focus directly translate into hires.

What You'll Do Here

  • Deliver 8–12 qualified leads per role per week across multiple countries

  • Run daily searches, send outreach, and track results inside our ATS

  • Collaborate with recruiters and test new sourcing tools to improve quality and speed
