Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including full-cycle bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations)
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close best practices
  • Experience with multi-entity or multi-location accounting
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Background in restaurant, hospitality, or SaaS industries
  • Familiarity with Clover POS, Gusto, NetSuite, or Salesforce
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 and audit preparation
