Job Requirements

-Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

-Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

-8+ years of progressive experience in a managerial accounting role (F&B or hotel industry preferred)

-Strong grasp of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting standards

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights

-Proficient in accounting software and MS Office tools

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

-Proven leadership with a track record of mentoring and team development

Key Responsibilities

-Support the Chief Accountant in managing general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and reporting

-Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

-Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies

-Supervise and train the accounting team

-Lead implementation of new systems and process improvements

-Collaborate cross-functionally to provide financial insights that support business goals
