Software Support- Payroll/HR Specialist

Philippines Time Access International Full time ₱40,000 - ₱45,000 per year

Time Access International is the leading company in time attendance hardware (Security Systems) and software for the last 29 years and has developed our own digital HR product (HRMS Systems).

Working Location: Remote

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for our HRIS (Human Resources Integrated System) and payroll system via phone call / email / remote assistance for our Singapore Operations
  • Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Perform data migration works
  • Conduct product (Software) training to end users
  • Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner
  • Involve in ad-hoc projects, pre-implementation discussions.
  • Assist in generating and analyzing HR and payroll reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Follow up with clients to resolve and to attend to their outstanding issues.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, legal requirements, and technological advancements in HRIS and payroll systems
  • Be involved in the deployment and onboarding of HRIS software systems
  • Deploy HRIS solutions integrated to other software or hardware (facial recognition) systems

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience or background in IT Support is preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to speak fluent English to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region
  • Strong IT and Software troubleshooting skills is an added advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, regulations, and compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
