
HR Officer

The Human Resource Officer will support various Human Resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, staff development, and compliance with HR policies. The role involves enforcing Human Resource policies and procedures.
Education: Baccalaureate Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Administration or any similar / related background
Work Experience: Minimum of three years in human resources or an employee-focused related job (background in child-welfare environment is a plus)
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations
- Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet all set deadlines
- Professional and confident with excellent diplomacy, facilitation and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Above-average written communication and interpersonal skills
- Consistent attention to accuracy and confidentiality
- Outstanding organizational and activities-management abilities
- Competent to recommend sound options to internal stakeholders and the management based on strong ethics and collaborative attitude
