Job Overview

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Operations Management (approximately 50% of role):
    • Act as the primary point of contact for staff queries regarding schedules, time off, and compensation.
    • Coordinate shift coverage during absences or leave.
    • Log and enter PTO, track attendance, and manage employee schedules.
    • Prepare and submit payroll data through our HR platform.
    • Assist on-site staff in tracking and ordering office and medical supplies.
    • Elevate complex HR matters to HR management for assistance, involving leadership as necessary.
  • Business Support (approximately 30% of role):
    • Track key client renewal dates and prepare performance reports.
  • General Administrative Support (approximately 20% of role):
    • Support job postings and interview scheduling.
    • Respond to routine internal or customer inquiries.
    • Help maintain company SOPs.
    • Be accessible via phone, email, or text during standard business hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent spoken and written English skills are essential. Prior experience supporting U.S.-based companies in healthcare or operations is beneficial, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools is required.
