Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive, HR and Admin

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive/Senior Executive in HR and Admin. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to management and line managers in daily administrative tasks and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing Management Team: Support management and line managers in daily administrative tasks and HR operations.
  • Maintaining Liaisons: Maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies.
  • Administrative Functions: Write administrative and HR letters, emails, and ensure effective planning, recruitment, training, and teamwork including policies and procedures, disciplinary actions, etc.
  • Tech Compliance: Follow up on handling and resolving technician/labour compliance issues.
  • Counseling Services: Provide employee counseling and grievance handling.
  • Employee Welfare: Ensure employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
  • Administrative Resolution: Resolve administrative problems.
  • Operational Oversight: Verify regional office rent, utility bills, and follow-up accordingly.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • HR Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the telecom sector.
  • Skills and Competencies: Must have experience in general HR, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, attendance and leave management, training and development, legal compliance and code of conduct, HRIS/HR database management, performance and career management.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent computer skills required, particularly in MS Office package, especially MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and ready to travel across the country for HR-related activities.
  • Delivery Focus: Able to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work on a 24/7 recall roster.
  • Behavioral Traits: Hardworking, smart, and honest.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in MBA (Major HR/MIS), LLB, or any other discipline from a reputable university.
