Job Description:

  1. Manages the recruitment and training of loan consultant, sales partners, including creating incentive schemes.
  2. Leads and develops a team of associates, overseeing their performance and providing guidance.
  3. Acquires and maintains relationships with corporate partners.
  4. Develops and executes promotional campaigns across various media platforms.
  5. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company's market presence.

Requirements for the Role:

  1. Work Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in account management.
  2. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, with skills in conflict resolution and fostering collaboration.
  3. Functional Skills: Highly organized, process-oriented, and capable of strategic decision-making.
  4. Personal Skills: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a professional demeanor.
