Company Description

Medicare Plus is an HMO/health insurance company based in the Philippines, dedicated to ensuring healthcare security for the Filipino community. Job Title: Sales Officer

The primary function of a Sales Officer includes working closely with individuals, groups, corporations, and communities to alleviate the financial strain of health care and future medical expenses including in-patient and out-patient care, emergency services, dental care, consultations, laboratory tests, and more. The Sales Officer will deeply promote health insurance awareness, guide members, and contribute to the Sales Team's overall target. The role involves orientating and explaining product features with potential clients and addressing customer inquiries engaging them into lifetime business partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Insurance, Business, Healthcare, Customer Service or a similar discipline) or an equivalent solid background selling experience.
  • Must be deeply committed to nurturing the well-being of our members
  • Good understanding of insurance, healthcare concepts, policies, and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is a plus but not required.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • With a background in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • A high level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
