Key responsibilities
- Client and patient communication: Act as the first point of contact, respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media, and provide information on services, pricing, and pre/post-care instructions.
- Scheduling and appointments: Schedule and manage appointments using client management software, send reminders, and handle cancellations and rescheduling.
- Administrative and data management: Organize digital files, update patient records and ensure all patient information is handled securely and in compliance with regulations.
- Marketing and lead generation: Manage social media messaging, follow up on leads from online forms, and help with marketing campaigns, such as setting up and monitoring Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns.
- Sales and upselling: Convert inquiries into appointments, inform clients about promotions, and upsell or cross-sell services.
- Operations support: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations, assist with bookkeeping, and help with inventory or supply management.
Necessary skills and qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the aesthetics, beauty, or Med Spa industry.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently, be proactive, and solve problems.
- Attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19, Php20,000.00 per month
