1.     Takes charge of all personnel-related work in the field operations, e.g., monitoring of employee attendance, preparation of payroll for rank-and-file field personnel, evaluation of training requirements, etc.;

2.     Implements and ensures adoption of HR, administrative, finance and accounting policies issued by the Main Office;

3.     Performs as Field Coordinator DMRA Projects, as well as other project areas in Mindanao as needed; and,

4.     Performs other duties as may be assigned such as, but not limited to:

a)  CSR-related functions;

b)  Preparation of local media articles to communicate PMDC programs and projects;

c)  Coordination with the local agencies relating to mining activities in the field,

d) Supervision of employees in the Depot Office.
