Also responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and recommending qualified candidates while maintaining relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Responsible in performing a variety of Employee Relations tasks that includes observing legal safety regulations, adhering to general labor standards, help prevent and resolve problems or disputes between employees and management, dealing with employee misconduct, resolving ongoing conflicts, administering case hearing, and assisting in creating and enforcing policies that are fair and consistent for everyone in the workplace. Responsible for counseling management and employees on employee relations issues and investigating and processing claims, cases, complaints and incident reports. RequirementsAssisting recruitment by selecting, orienting and training employees.
Maintains human resources staff job result by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring and appraising job results. Provides plan for the daily operations of the Recruitment, including:Schedule of work priorities. Plans for the use of manpower, equipment, time and other resources to meet deadlines and operating demand.
Improvements and/or maintaining work capabilities. Design recruitment Plan/Strategies. Implementing the recruitment process and its components.
Design recruitment tools related to recruitment process. Sources applicants through various channels (Job search engine, Brgy., Job Fair, School, Leaflets/Flyering, Job Posting, Employee Referral Walk-in and Review Center Career Talk). Coordinates with the requesting department on the schedule of technical interviews, hands-on exams and final interviews.
Endorses applicants to requisitioning department for technical interviews, hands-on exams and final interviews. Updates Manpower status request. Coordinates with different Universities for partnership, job fair, career talk and list of graduates.
Conducts data analysis on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Updates recruitment procedures and other recruitment forms. Supervises recruitment staff on their activities.
Checks recruitment reports submitted by recruitment staff. Builds productive, collaborative relationships with employees. Conducts exit interviews for resigned employees.
Maintains confidentiality of the information being processed, stored or accessed through the system. Performs other duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior. Attends required training/seminars as necessary.
