The Area Sales Head will lead and manage sales operations for a Real Estate projects within Cebu . The role focuses on driving sales performance, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective team leadership and collaboration
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead sales planning and execution to achieve targets.
- Strengthen referral and marketing partnerships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.
- Build and coach high-performing sales teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum of 10years of progressive experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development; at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in real estate sales and project launches.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and customer focus.
- Willing to be assigned in Cebu area
