We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Head to oversee and drive performance in Cebu.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on Account Management and Sales
  • Strong leadership background with proven team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in computer applications, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Knowledgeable in ISO, HACCP, and HALAL standards
  • Willing to perform fieldwork

  • Responsibilities:

  • Guide subordinates in achieving business goals.

  • Oversee the overall performance of the assigned area or team.
  • Establish a course of action to achieve specific goals, including planning and proper allocation of assignments to personnel.
  • Manage subordinates effectively and efficiently by assigning duties to the appropriate individuals.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance subordinates' skills and competencies.
  • Identify problems and their causes, gather relevant information, and develop alternative courses of action for decision-making.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales supervisors, coordinators, and sales representatives.
  • Conduct trade checks and address concerns from the field.
