JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitors and controls the efficient use of utilities such as electricity, water, and LPG within the assigned building.
  • Inspects and ensures the cleanliness, upkeep, and physical condition of the building, surrounding areas, and facilities.
  • Identifies facility-related issues and communicates with tenants for timely resolution.
  • Develops and implements emergency protocols and procedures.
  • Maintains a safe environment for all occupants, tenants, and visitors.
  • Performs regular building inspections and generates corresponding reports.
  • Ensures compliance with ISO 9001 policies, applicable regulations, and building codes.
  • Addresses tenants' inquiries and issues promptly to resolve concerns.
  • Serves as Energy Manager (reporting to DOE) and Pollution Control Officer, coordinating with the LLDA.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing multiple commercial or office properties.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and building standards.

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
