About the role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance professional to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our commercial properties, keeping them well-maintained and safe for our tenants and clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the building's systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security equipment
  • Conduct minor repairs and troubleshooting to address any issues that arise
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for larger maintenance and renovation projects
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inventory of supplies
  • Ensure the building's common areas, grounds, and facilities are kept clean and presentable
  • Respond promptly to tenant requests and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to protect the wellbeing of tenants and staff

  • Experience in a building maintenance or facilities management role
  • Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
