Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals in the ICT industry. This role involves managing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in solutions such as hardware, software, cloud services, managed services, and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ICT market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on ICT trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop tailored ICT solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Represent the company at ICT-related events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the ICT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT products, solutions, and services (e.g., networking, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, software, hardware).
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Pay: Php32, Php35,000.00 per month
