Job Summary:
The Senior Account Manager plays a critical role in managing strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities within the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) reseller and system integrator market. This position involves a mix of account management, consultative selling, project coordination, and partner/vendor alignment to ensure the delivery of value-added technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management
- Manage and grow assigned key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients across industries (e.g., healthcare, education, finance, logistics).
- Conduct regular client meetings, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and solution presentations.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs and the company's product/service portfolio.
- Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
Solution Selling & Project Scoping
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions (hardware, software, managed services, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Understand client environments, pain points, and strategic goals to provide consultative guidance.
- Ensure accurate project scoping, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with technology vendors and distributors for quotations, solution bundling, and incentives.
- Stay updated with the latest ICT trends and technologies from partner brands (e.g., HP, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.).
Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) including pipelines, forecasts, and client activity.
- Provide regular reports on account status, sales projections, and client feedback to management.
Team Collaboration
- Mentor junior account executives or business development staff.
- Work closely with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and technical support to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- open for all college-level or undergraduate applicants with great experience in sales and marketing (ICT Reseller and System Integrator Industry)
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in ICT sales, account management, or system integration.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.
- Strong knowledge of ICT products and solutions (networking, cloud, hardware, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office suite.
- Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC) or vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco, HP, Microsoft) is a plus.
