Job Summary:

The Junior Account Manager is responsible for supporting sales operations, maintaining client relationships, and assisting in the growth of existing and new accounts in the ICT reseller and system integrator environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to learn the technical and commercial aspects of the ICT industry.

Key Responsibilities: Client Support & Relationship Management

  • Assist in managing assigned accounts and maintaining regular communication with clients.
  • Provide support during sales meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
  • Coordinate client inquiries, resolve basic issues, and ensure prompt response to customer concerns.

Sales Assistance & Business Development

  • Support the Senior Account Manager in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Monitor account activity and help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling ICT products and services.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database using CRM tools.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure smooth processing of client transactions.
  • Track the status of orders, deliveries, and project milestones.

Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on company offerings (hardware, software, managed services, cloud solutions, etc.).
  • Build foundational knowledge of partner/vendor technologies (e.g., HP, Cisco, Microsoft).

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and client feedback summaries.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions are properly recorded.

Qualifications:

  • Open for all college-level or undergraduate applicants with great experience in sales and marketing (ICT Reseller and System Integrator Industry)
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service (ICT industry experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of ICT products and system integration solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the ICT sales environment.

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
