Job Summary
The ICT I.T. Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, business applications, and digital transformation initiatives. This role requires hands-on expertise in Odoo ERP, CRM platforms, and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless integration, process automation, and system optimization. The manager will lead the IT team, collaborate with various departments, and ensure that ICT solutions align with business objectives while maintaining system security, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities1. ERP, CRM & Business Systems Management
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Odoo ERP and other enterprise applications.
- Manage CRM platforms to streamline sales, customer engagement, and client relationship workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and develop optimized ERP and CRM solutions.
- Ensure system integrations with other platforms (e.g., accounting, HRIS, e-commerce).
- Monitor ERP/CRM performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure operational continuity.
2. ICT Infrastructure & Operations
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud solutions.
- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of all ICT systems.
- Manage IT assets, licenses, and vendor relationships for ERP, CRM, and related solutions.
- Oversee data backup, recovery plans, and cybersecurity strategies.
3. Leadership & Team Management
- Supervise and mentor IT staff, ensuring skill development and performance excellence.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess IT needs and deliver solutions that support business objectives.
- Establish IT policies, standards, and best practices aligned with the company's ICT strategy.
4. Project & Vendor Management
- Lead ERP and CRM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with technology vendors, service providers, and consultants.
- Conduct regular evaluations of ERP, CRM, and ICT solutions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ICT management, with at least 3 years in ERP and CRM administration.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is required; exposure to other ERP and CRM solutions is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of business processes across finance, sales, HR, inventory, and supply chain.
- Expertise in database management, system integration, and API connectivity.
- Proficient in ICT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
