Group Retail Manager- Vinfast Commonwealth

Position Overview
The Group Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day retail operations of VinFast Commonwealth, ensuring excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets for vehicles, accessories, and value-added services.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximize revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Operations Management
• Oversee overall retail dealership operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage inventory, showroom presentation, and retail displays according to brand requirements.
- Customer Experience
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer service throughout the dealership.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Implement initiatives to enhance the customer journey and dealership reputation.
- Team Leadership & Development
• Lead, coach, and mentor sales managers, sales consultants, and support staff.
• Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
• Organize training programs to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and service excellence.
- Financial Management
• Prepare, monitor, and control dealership budgets and financial performance.
• Analyze sales reports, profitability, and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Recommend actions to optimize revenue and profitability.
- Reporting & Coordination
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, aftersales, and finance for cohesive operations.
• Represent VinFast Commonwealth in corporate and community events.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets and managing retail operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and dealership best practices.
