The Challenge

We are seeking a decisive retail expansion strategist who will secure prime locations ahead of our competitors. If you excel at pioneering new territories, building strategic partnerships, and transforming available space into profitable ventures within weeks rather than months—this position is for you.

Your Mission

  • Scout & Secure Locations: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate priority sites—malls, gas stations, fleet depots, mixed-use developments—nationwide.
  • Partner Management: Leverage an existing C-suite network to win lease/JV deals, co-marketing agreements, and exclusive roll-outs alongside VinFast & Green SM.
  • Rapid Deployment: Orchestrate cross-functional go-live (design, build-out, permits, launch) within aggressive timelines; measure store P&L from day one.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor moves, retail trends, and regulatory shifts; pivot expansion playbooks in real time.
  • Brand Guardian: Ensure every site delivers a seamless, premium V-Green / VinFast customer experience.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in multi-site retail expansion, real-estate acquisition, or network development (energy, quick-service retail, telecom, or automotive preferred).
  • Proven record closing large-scale location deals.
  • Network of landlords, mall operators, LGUs, and utility contacts across key Philippine regions.
  • Startup hustle inside a corporate frame—data-driven, KPI-hungry, zero excuses.
  • Integrity, bold ambition, and the passion to help decarbonize Philippine transport.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or engineering/real-estate background a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 60%+ nationwide.
