About the role

As the Security Manager - Retail for Isetann Department Store, Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of multiple store locations within the Quiapo, Manila City, Metro Manila area. This is a full-time position that will require you to be on-site and manage a team of security personnel to ensure the protection of Isetann Department Store, Inc., assets, employees, and customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and protocols for all assigned store locations
  2. Manage and lead a team of security guards, ensuring they are properly trained, equipped, and deployed to effectively secure the premises
  3. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify and address potential risks or vulnerabilities
  4. Liaise with local law enforcement agencies to maintain strong relationships and coordinate emergency response efforts
  5. Monitor and analyze security data and incidents to identify trends and implement appropriate countermeasures
  6. Provide security-related guidance and support to store managers and other key stakeholders
  7. Ensure all security-related policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are strictly adhered to

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a security management role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry
  2. Strong working knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies
  3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of security professionals
  4. Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify and mitigate security threats
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  6. Familiarity with relevant security-related laws, regulations, and compliance standards
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond effectively to emergencies
